Thanks for putting this up here. I usually catch NYTimes articles when they first come out, but not if they're tech-related, as that's not my first priority, though in this case, it should be!
This is something everyone should know about, and care enough about to fight for with every fiber of their being: net neutrality!

I wouldn't have seen it on NYTime but Cory Doctorow (Boing Boing) included it on his Net Neutrality notice ~ I get a lot of those: Electronic Freedom Foundation (EFF), Fight for the Future (formed by friends of Aaron Swartz)...and more
